LOCKED IN SHOOTING ACADEMY
Our academy has just been reformatted as a shooting academy. Working on all things shooting from in game scenarios to shooting technique. This is designed for players' who wish to take their game to the next level, with the integration of advanced game application. It is a small group setting specialising in isolated competitive scenarios. Once you have established the fundamentals of basketball this is the bridge between training, and games. The academy is based around the school terms being before, or after school.
1-ON-1 DEFENSE & OFFENSE
Here we will cover 1-on-1 skill breakdowns, as mini games constantly occur throughout a regular match. How to improve your dribble efficiency, and how to best score on your opponent. Whether it is driving to the rim, creating a mid range jump shot or footwork to create space.
PICK & ROLL
This is the most used basketball action at most levels. We will cover how to read the defensive matchup, and how to exploit your opponent no matter how they play it. Also, we will cover how to effectively defend a screen action.
OFF-BALL MOVEMENT & SHOT CREATION
Spacing off-ball is crucial the higher level basketball you play. Therefore, we will cover how to space the floor, and punish the defence without the ball. As well as, efficiently creating space and a realistic shot.
